Your partnership data stays yours.
PartnerScope® asks both sides of a partnership for honest answers. That only works if each side trusts how its answers are handled. Here is exactly how they are.
Sealed until both sides submit
- In a joint assessment, neither company can see the other's answers until both have submitted. The database enforces this, not just the screen, so it holds even for someone calling the system directly.
- Results release to both sides at the same moment, so nobody adjusts their answers after seeing the other's.
- Once you submit, your answers are locked. Reports you've received never change, even when we update the advice library.
Who sees what
- Your company's members see your company's assessments and reports. Other companies see nothing of yours.
- Your partner sees the joint results after both sides submit. Your notes stay private unless you choose to share one, and your evidence lines are never shared.
- When a teammate gives you their private view before you answer, only you see it. Other teammates and your partner never do.
- Evolve Growth Partners staff can see results by company name to run and support the service. They never see the text of your notes or evidence.
AI never scores anything
- Every score, rating, gap, and STOP flag is calculated by fixed rules in code. AI plays no part in them.
- Every recommended step comes from the Evolve Growth Partners advice library. AI may reword a step to fit your partnership, using the company names and any notes you write. It never sees your scores and can't change them.
- If you ask the coach for help choosing an answer, it suggests one. You always make the choice yourself.
- We use Claude, from Anthropic, through its business service, under terms that don't allow your data to be used to train its models.
Signing in
- There are no passwords to steal. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your work email, or with your Google work account.
- You can add two-step sign-in with an authenticator app. It's required for Evolve Growth Partners staff with admin access.
- An invited partner gets a private link that works once and opens only that one assessment. They don't need an account.
Where your data lives
- Your data is stored in the United States, in a managed database in the US East (Ohio) region, and the app runs nearby.
- Data is encrypted in transit, and the database is encrypted at rest.
- The database is backed up daily, and backups are kept for 7 days.
- We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Page counts on our public pages use analytics that set no cookies.
Monitoring and response
- Errors alert our team right away. Email addresses, sign-in links, and form contents are removed before any error report leaves PartnerScope®.
- We follow a written incident response plan, and we notify affected customers and regulators as the law requires.
Research data
- We may combine results across customers for research and benchmarks, always de-identified. We never name a company, a partner, or a person.
- Research data carries scores and ranges only, never names, notes, evidence, or partnership names.
- We don't publish any figure drawn from fewer than 20 assessments or fewer than 5 organizations.
