PartnerScope® API

Read your partnerships and assessment results from your own tools: a CRM, a data warehouse, or a dashboard. Keep your partner list in step from your CRM. It comes with Unlimited plans.

Get a key

A company owner generates keys on the Team page, under API access. Each key is shown once, so store it somewhere safe, like a password manager or your platform's secret settings. Keys are read only unless the owner chooses read and write. Revoke a key there at any time and anything using it stops at once.

Make a request

Send the key in the Authorization header. Every response is JSON.

Each key can make 60 requests a minute. Keys only ever see your own company's data.

Endpoints

GET/api/v1/partnerships

Your partnerships: name, partner name, your external ID for it, stage, partner industry and size, start date.

GET/api/v1/assessments

Your assessments, newest first: type, mode (single or joint), status, partnership, dates, and the result once released. Results under review by Evolve Growth Partners show as under_review with no result until they're released.

GET/api/v1/assessments/{id}

One assessment, as above, plus the report's recommended next steps.

Single-sided results give the scores directly, without you and partner. Gaps are questions where the two sides answered at opposite ends, 1 and 5.

Add and update partnerships

POST/api/v1/partnerships

Needs a read and write key. Send up to 100 at a time. Each needs external_id, your own ID for the partner (such as a CRM account ID). Sending the same external_id again updates that partnership instead of adding another. If any record has a problem, nothing is saved and the reply lists what to fix.

Only partner_name and external_id are required. Industry: Software and SaaS, IT services, Professional services, Financial services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Retail and e-commerce, Media and marketing, Other. Size: 1-49, 50-249, 250-999, 1000-4999, 5000+. Stage: exploring, launching, established. The reply says, for each one, whether it was created, updated, or skipped (a partner you already have under a different ID).

Writing covers partnerships only. Assessments are started, answered and submitted in PartnerScope®.

What the API never returns

Errors

Errors come back with a status code and a plain message:
